                       Dawet ice
The Mlandhing these Java people, so distinguishing name and cendol dawet. They are not identical, but similar. If cendol hungkwe made of flour, then dawet made from rice flour. I prefer ice rather than ice cendol dawet. It was how yes, better I think. Then whenditeguk, through the neck that you know ... there is a soft sensation. HOW TO MAKE:# Boil the coconut milk and salt over low heat. Take care not to break the coconut milk. Set aside.# Jackfruit diced. Set aside.# Syrup: Boil brown sugar, granulated sugar, and pandan leaves with 1 lt of water. Filter. While hot berries 2 tablespoons sliced jackfruit for fragrance. Set aside.# Dawet: Mix rice flour, water, whiting and 500 ml of water. TIPS & TRICKS:# When creating dawet, dawet already so no need to drain. Let remain in the water so easily taken and not easily destroyed. If the water is mostly, be disposed of in part.# Use rice flour that has just grinded. It was more savory
